Recrafting

We are doing our best to keep up with the growing surge in re-crafting along with balancing shipments of new boots to our valued retail partners. Due to our current volume, your recraft may take up to 60-90 days.

To have a pair of Olathe Boots restored:

For information about recrafting services please call Customer Service at 1-800-717-1853. We will return your recrafted boots via FedEx upon completion. Completion time will vary depending on the current volume of work.

If you live outside the USA, please do not send your boots made from exotic skins for repair. International wildlife regulations may prevent their safe return.

The Work Order # can be found inside your Olathe Boots (six numbers - 254473, or four numbers and a letter - 4567L).

Recrafting Options *

Soles and Heels Recraft: $150

Complete recrafting including new outsoles, heels, welts, spring steel shanks, and leather and cushion insoles, if needed.

Add Crepe to Leather Sole: $35

New crepe outsoles and heels (original welts and midsoles will remain). Leather must be in like-new or good condition.

New Heels and Misc.: $35

New heel bases, rubber heel caps, pulls, boot stretching, etc.
